Hockey is a club sport at UTEP and is the best in the state of Texas. Could it become a successful Div 1 scholarship sport for UTEP?

My opinion? Maybe after many years of being bottom of the barrel. Being the best club hockey team in Texas is like being the best matador in Tokyo.
