Natalicio where is your responsibility in this huge disaster we refer to as Bob Stull. 18 years of a disastrous AD tenure and you have sat back and watched the good people of El Paso and the University spend there hard earned money and invest they're valuable time supporting and supporting and supporting especially the football program and after total failure year after year not one word from you. My question is who the hell do you think you are and what makes you so special that you aren't held accountable. After such a huge mess with the football program year after year one would think that at least once you would address your failures. Never not once have we heard one peep from you and my/our question is why? So Queen Elizabeth I just wanted you to know that you are 100% responsible for this embarrassing mess you have created and we hold you 100% responsible for the inferiority complex and low self esteem of our young men and our city. The faster you leave the better!! Retire your causing damage that will take years and years to overcome. Also have the guts to stand in front of the press and out city and be held accountable for your huge failures. Hold this person to account why is she so sacred that she gets a pass?

You don't become the longest tenured president in school history by micromanaging every department and program. She has been at this for 30 years so she must be doing something right. Dr. Natalicio's legacy won't involve football. Be real
I have written Dr Natalicio multiple times. I have not insulted her. I have pleaded and suggested that she be at least visible on the topic. She obviously doesn't care enough to make any kind of statement. It's not on her bucket list at all. Too bad, so sad.
Isn't the only folks she has to answer to the board of regents? Yeah, like they care about our athletic department....
Dr. Natalicio did not put any heat on Stull, that's certainly apparent. But she did allow Stull to have one of the best budgets in C-USA, although that has not translated into a high salary for the head football coach. I don't think she is the one holding UTEP back. Stull probably worked his hardest to convince her that next year is the year Price will bounce back and then next year Kugler is going to start winning. She obviously is not micro-managing the athletic department so it's on the AD to do his or her job and not let the football and mbb programs to fall behind.
One bright spot we are overlooking is that someone convinced Stull to retire. Maybe his wife or maybe Adauto or maybe even Natalico. Also, Stull actually cleared the deck for the next AD as far as the football situation is concerned. You know he wanted Kugler to succeed but he actually and finally, did his job and made it easier for the new AD to come in and do theirs.

I actually respect Dr. Natalicio a great deal. She has done so much for improving UTEP's academic reputation, to improve the facilities, and keep costs low. Keep in mind, she has done this in a time of shrinking support from the state.

Well, I think its more a matter of priorities. Her priorities were academics, facilities, growth, and reputation. I mean I get you, I understand. I'm frustrated too. I'm just saying that even though I'm a fan there are bigger things in the world than sports.
I can’t fault what she’s done on the academic side. In the 10 plus years since I attended UTEP there are large areas of the campus I do not even recognize. I just wish she was as proactive with athletics as she was with everything else at the university.
