I agree, up to a judge though. Likely they come to some sort of compromise. I really doubt a merger is happening since the MWC since added us, Davis, and GCU.

I assume PAC 12 is waiting on how these chips fall before petitioning 8th team. I do still think it’ll be Texas St. ultimately after the chips fall. Texas St. probably wants to see the actual dollars and cents of it first and recommitting to the Sun Belt was more of a power move to either demand a larger share or telling PAC 12 to show me the money!
