I doubt it. Thursday night versus Sam isn’t a draw. Maybe on Saturday, you could get 25k for this game.
Thankfully we’ll be getting away from this shitty scheduling in a couple of years.
I wouldn’t count on that. The current MWC deal doesn’t call for that, doesn’t mean the new one will be the same.
"Sam" as the folks down there call it, is a darn good team this year. The D will need good tackling and disciplined position play or SHSU will burn them. Cade has to be patient, no forcing. Just throw it out or take the sack and play another down. The O line needs to go "student body right" on these guys to get a ground game. UTEP can't get into a "barn burner"; the D will not make it late into the 4th if it turns out that way and SHSU knows Miner D wears down late.
Outside of the first drive, the defense looks solid. That dumba$$ playcall to have Goodman throw it...
