Well, there is a reason they are called the "5 estate(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_Estate) but then again I agree with Kappy on ESPN 600 said a few weeks ago that UTEP head coaches deal with a local sports media who use kid gloves. So I give the article an "eh".

The Tmes provides the platform. If the NY Times were to allow Coach Floyd a guest column on NCAA D1 transfer policy for college basketball it 1) will get larger viewing 2) get larger response 3) there sometimes...sometimes, a paid transaction between the provider and the party or parties who penned the "guest column". But its done because the platform provides the larger base and has been done since print was created.

That was a well written letter.I agree that the EPT can't directly be too critical or they will get blacklisted so this is an indirect way of expressing their disapproval of the athletic dept.'s leadership.

I remember they had that recall in the 2000s when someone rigged the vote using everyone's SSN. Someone had access to the student database and they used everyone's social cast votes for some candidate. And then after that they had to issue everyone Student ID numbers.
