Stoker's time was up. No dislike of the man, but his schemes weren't working with the talent. That was clearly evident last season. I wish him well, but Kug's needed to change that up.

Stoker had a long reputation for being a toxic personality. Beyond that, it was not unnoticed that he couldn't recruit or develop talent. Bad combination. And the fact that UTEP gave up 35 points per game wasn't exactly an overwhelming endorsement. People must be held accountable. At this phase, it's Stoker...
