UTEP at FIU

The baffling NMSU game notwithstanding, good crowds usually help with the winning part.
Nope crowds don’t mean shit in regards to this team. Time to legit think bigger and hold Golding to a high standard.

Clearly this team has the talent to win a conference tournament on a neutral floor. Staying healthy and winning in March is all that should matter right now. UTEP has shown they are a top 4 team in this conference lets go win this thing in March health willing. 🙏

I would rather have a sellout than 5,000 people in the stands.

I’d rather take time off from work and travel to a NCAA tourney first round game than worry about or put any mental energy towards caring about a sellout.

Worry about sellouts next year. Let’s hang a banner this year.

Who's worrying? Who's putting mental energy into anything?

I simply stated "Could there be another sellout crowd this season? Keep winning and it may happen."

Some of you on you are very strange.

Glad to read they made their free throws.
Kalu stepped up late and hit a couple of big freethrows in crunch time. He also had a one handed alley oop slam in the first half that was ESPN top ten worthy. His hedge defense was outstanding, and was really the catalyst for the overall team defense...the head of the snake.

I mention this because in the past I gave Kalu a good amount of criticism (wrestler hands, etc.) He has worked hard to develop his game. Now, I wish he had redshirted early on, which I never thought I would say. You have to give credit when it is due.

Damn just saw that dunk. VH like 💥. Nice!

Bynum, Kalu and then Terrell went 8of8 down the stretch. Very Nice!

Starting to find go to guys during the high leverage parts of games in a number of various situations on both ends of the floor and that is kudos to Joseph Charles Golding, something we didn’t see in the OOC and a major reason this team is giving me a UTEP boner again. Those are the guys who needed to respond on this road trip and they came through big!

Bad news for rockstar…. UTEP won. Someone needs to check on him
When have I ever said I don't want the Miners to win? You and Vegas need to room together. A padded one.

I just want improvement from the Miners, and you just want the same every year and are satisfied. How many times do I have to explain it to you. I don't gloat when they lose, I just want something sustained and improvement every year. Is that too much to ask you and the other bubble boy.

This is what a lot of these morons don’t get. They think our non celebrating over FIU and Sul Ross wins, means we want them to lose.

Oh stop. You’ve stated several times in recent days how bad they are and how dire the situation. Watch them actually play

I was out and about with my wife during the game, try to listen on the KROD or watch on the ESPN app whenever I got a chance, which wasn't often enough. I completely missed that dunk. Can anyone here either post it or provide a link?
