"Forget trying to fix a depleted offensive line, UTEP had a real emergency on its hands to start practice on Monday. Coaches say Marcus Jenkins, a redshirt freshman defensive back from Eastlake, was involved in an accidental collision which left concern for his neck. Head coach Dana Dimel and his staff called paramedics immediately and Dimel tells KFOX14's Eric O'Brien that Jenkins did eventually start moving his fingers and toes while in the ambulance."
