Question to Parker?? Why are Utep commits star rating dropping when Utep signs them?? Gant was a 3 star and when Utep gets him it drops. Utep had 5 recruits who were 3 star now they only have two. Who is decides the star rating for Uteps recruits? Also the juco wr they just got Bryant he has like 15 offers and is only a 2 star? The big guy Nolan has offers from Michigan and a bunch of other big schools and he had 0 stars.
