Well, let's not forget the excitement and quality CMP brought to the program for his first few years. Before him, every season at UTEP resembled the Sean Kugler era.
Gary Nord is the only UTEP coach to win a conference championship at UTEP in the last fifty years. The quality of Price's first two years are because he inherited Nord's fifth year of his five year plan, and his recruits.

Strongly suspect the prior posts were in reference to the classless and totally unnecessary comments about an individual and unfortunate incident that occurred 15 years ago. Agree with the "win" and "laugh at yourself" comments, and thanks for the PC lecture, but the article's Price reference was totally un-comical and straight up mean-spirited, IMO. The ranking was spot-on and well-deserved.
