Rice probably remembers UTEP fans rushing onto their field and celebrating so much the police had to get everyone off. Meanwhile the Rice band and team were trying to play their alma mater while UTEP was bumping in to them and shouting

UTEP should have moved the athletic teams out of El Paso 6 weeks ago.
I would say they're not better off on campus just based on my point of view. They've had a lot of players infected and no one in my house has gotten it. But I don't know the players living situation too, so maybe you're right.
