Who is playing in Sun Bowl?

Washington State? Party time at the Price house and I bet Kugler will hit the first flight out of town.

Just heard from a guy that knows a guy, that if USC loses it'll be Miami vs USC, and if USC wins it'll be Miami vs UCLA/Utah

Idk why sun bowl has contract with pac 12. None of those schools like coming to el paso. The should get the Big 10 back vs the ACC.

I like Pac-12 vs. ACC -- two excellent conferences that present nice match-ups.

I miss the Big 10 too, but we were getting bumped so far down the pecking order that it made it tough. I think when TCU came, it was because there were not enough bowl eligible teams.

I think on the Pac-12 side, the bowl game in San Francisco has passed the Sun in the pecking order. Anyway, it's going to be Miami from the ACC. From the Pac-12, it's Utah, USC, or Washington State.

The Big Ten this year doesn't have enough teams to provide to its bowls. 6-6 Indiana and 5-7 Nebraska, Illinois and Minnesota will be going to its bowls. You still want Big 10?

The B1G has 8 tie ins to bowls and 8 bowl eligible teams. Then the playoff takes one and you have one open bowl. But the Sun Bowl would not contract for the last bowl eligible team from any conference so it would not affect the Sun Bowl at all.

I want big 10 cause they liked coming to el paso. None of the pac 12 schools like coming to el paso . They look down on the sun bowl.

Oh ya....well three of the 8 Iowa, Mich State and Ohio State will play in New Year's six bowls pushing everyone up.

Nashville, New York and San Francisco currently are in a tier where they share the 5th-7th picks in the Big 10. These are comparable bowls to the Sun Bowl. The teams they will be getting are 7-5 Penn State, 6-6 Indiana and 5-7 Nebraska, Illinois or Minnesota.

I know what I'm talking about.

PAC XII follows well and stay a day or so longer to party which is good for local economy. Now when OU was here that was nice and man do some of those OU fans have sweet fifth wheels they brought down. Sun Bowl should have a "tour of the fans 5th wheel and trailer" and all proceeds go to a local charity. Winner gets a trophy and 30 pack of bud.
