Precipitous=Precipice. Probably just another autocorrect infraction. Not a big deal.
That’s a valid point Killer. Again, I’m cautiously optimistic about Walden turning things around. Im just pointing out that he’s been able to recruit good talent to EP, while other coaches had excuses. We did have a couple of close losses that could have ended up in wins. I’m not drinking the kool aid yet, but he’s moving in the right direction. Many of us asked for a QB transfer and he’s getting us that guy. Let’s see what the new QB can do.We know another guy that recruits well but can't coach. He's down at UT right now coaching the men's basketball team.
Walden won the same amount of games that Dimel did in 2023. Anyone who is boasting about his coaching, needs to look at other games besides the NMSU game.We know another guy that recruits well but can't coach. He's down at UT right now coaching the men's basketball team.
And then LaTech followed that up with a 30 point loss to NMSU. Quality win deteriorated the game after. As far as basketball is concerned, we only have one quality win thus far (LaTech). Let’s wait and see what they accomplish in March.
Walden has been able to assemble two back to back top CUSA recruiting classes at UTEP. Many coaches said that was not possible at UTEP and he’s proven them wrong. What’s remarkable about this is the fact that he did it with limited or no NIL money. What remains to be seen is how much improvement will we see this upcoming season. With the talent we have we should have a winning record, compete for conference title and get to a bowl game. If Walden does well, he deserves to move up to a bigger program.
NIU is paying $2,000,000 to join the MWC. Senter mentioned the MWC was helping UTEP with those fees to join. We can believe that UTEP will actually pay less than that or nothing at all. What are the entrance/exit fees for leaving CUSA and joining MWC. I bet that's what the money is for.
Nobody knows who this guy is. The average ticket buyer isn’t buying tickets to see 1 guy play. He’s not Shauder Sanders or Dillion Gabriel and we shouldn’t expect him to be.It absolutely will!
3How many years of eligibility does he have?? thanks.
The rise is coming sir. It’s going to be hugePrecipitous?
You can donate your 2.5 to the new arena and stadium that everyone wants UTEP to build!I was going to match that but since Foster did I don’t need to
3 million exit (from this thread). Entry is probably somewhere in there but I’m not doing the research as in a meeting nowWhat are the entrance/exit fees for leaving CUSA and joining MWC. I bet that's what the money is for.
