What’s remarkable about this is the fact that he did it with limited or no NIL money. What remains to be seen is how much improvement will we see this upcoming season. NIU is paying $2,000,000 to join the MWC. Senter mentioned the MWC was helping UTEP with those fees to join. We can believe that UTEP will actually pay less than that or nothing at all.

CUSA signed a 5 year rights deal beginning in 2023-24, so this is year 2 and the Miners will play in year 3. They will owe 2 years of money to leave, so they will need to pay CUSA at least $1,600,000.
