What are you talking about? I think the defense sucks, but the offense doesn’t do anything to help them out. 2/15 on 3rd down conversions. 5 picks. The defense was on the field all night, and it’s been that way all year.

Obviously giving up the number of points they have this year is atrocious, but a lot of that is the offense being so good to opposing teams and coughing up balls in pristine areas of the field. In previous years UTEP would be able to hang in these high scoring shootouts. Not anymore.

Watch the defense coverage, rarely around the receivers and don't have the speed to catch the running backs. Often take poor angles. Not true for the entire D but as a unit just not enough talent.
