Does anyone know why this year Miner uniforms don't have the names on the back ?

Kinda tough with 10 new guys. I'm getting the guards confused.
I remember ( I think it was Floyd) decided no names on the jerseys because it's a team game..
Didn't want individuals to gain attention.
I feel that the players deserve having their names on their back.
I think Golding should listen to the fans request.
It's an old school philosophy: the name on the front of the jersey is more important than the one on the back - so of course there's no name on the back. I got around this annoying decision by watching the last two games on my TV, posting comments on my phone, and displaying the team roster on my tablet.
It's easier for the outgoing transfer player to hand the jersey over to the incoming player.
We need names on the back. Big time programs do it. You want to be a big time program, follow suit.
