Wow!
I'll bet The Techsters were not thrilled to have him last night. Suffered their first loss of the season against Providence 72-68. He was 1 for 9, scored 4 points and fouled out.

Seems his game is inconstant as it was here. Many nights he was on but every so often he would have one of these games where he just wasn't there. We really could have used him this year and I'm sure next game he will put up D/D.

I’ll stand by what I said on another thread, his defense was absolutely solid last night. He was way off on his 3 ball and couldn’t hit that little 6 foot one hander that doesn’t qualify as a baby hook but kind of. But then again, no one on Tech could after the first 13-14 minutes of the game. I am further convinced that BW is not an NBA guy.

I think Bryson's biggest negative in making the NBA is he is "twinner" not quite a dominating inside guy or a consistent outside threat. Seems to be a problem with a lot of good college players. At 6-8 in the NBA you have to have a super all round game or be a niche guy, (force on defense, rebounding or super shooter). Bryson is great college player but I don't see any of this in his game at the NBA level yet, he still has time to develop.

Does he give birth to twins?

And still chucking up shots way outside his range. Someone mentioned in another thread if he hit his ceiling in college? Hell ya. Has overall. I love Bryson but I just don’t see him in the NBA. I see him as another Randy C., making good money in a Turkish league.

Bryson “I’ll chuck it up from here” Williams was 1-2 from 3 range against Vols.

From here on out Miners fans, take a shot for every 3 he makes in a Tech uniform in his honor.

Don’t worry, you will still be below .08.

He is been ok from what I saw he is statistically their 3rd leading scorer but most of his Scoring was done at beginning of season

Too soon to call him a bust, but he's had some frustrating games. Need him to be on tonight as we're down to 7 players on the road against isu.

He only avg 20mins a game, the lowest since his freshman year.

He only played 15 minutes against Gonzaga. Was he hurt??

I've lost a few brain cells since that game, but if I recall correctly, that was one of his frustrating games I referred to. He shot 2-10 and I think a bunch of the misses were makeable layups. Edit to add, his minutes will also take a little hit now that we see Batcho, our Arizona big man transfer, is not a stiff (though he was out last night on covid protocol).

BW had a rough outing last night against ISU. Went 4 of 12 from the field for 10 points and 3 boards in 28 minutes.

B Dub likes playing against the Jayhawks. He’s got 16 points and 7 boards with nearly 10 minutes to go.

EDIT: 22 and 8

Leading scorer for Tech who handed KU only their 2nd loss of the season.
