Will Wade would be a slam dunk hire. He would have UTEP competitive in their first year in the MW. If I’m Senter, I would be making contact with him or his agent after the season gauging his interest level and what it would take to land him. Hopefully it isn’t too late to land him. I think he has served his time and will generate interest from P5 schools after the season.

Again you want a guy who coached in 1 NCAA tournament game his last 9 years of coaching to coach here?

Again, Georgia Tech was crippled by sanctions, which were later overturned and Pastner was cleared of any wrongdoing, but not before the damage from the sanctions was done. As a UTEP fan you should remember the damage that sanctions did to the later Haskins teams.
