I remember seeing this in April. I get what you’re saying about him looking odd, he looks angry in every single photo. Remember when he had that meltdown on Twitter and accused Floyd of paying players? Seems like it only went downhill from there. Real shame, but at least he’s getting treatment.
His latest tweets he just doesnt look right. I dont remember him getting mad at Floyd. But yeah he looks like he has some mental issues. Not surprised he taking medication for bipolar. He and Anthony January are players that just threw everything away.
If you just look a bit more thoroughly at the summary report you’ll see he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type. That’s rough.
I can see your point about him looking angry for sure, but his look is more of flat affect than anger, imo. No emotion. Reminds me of Ali’s facial expression in late stages of his Parkinson’s. Two other things stood out, Sandifer holds his right hand in front of his abdomen in a lot of his pics, and he has a pose in several pics where he’s kind of oddly crouching over a bit. Definitely exhibits some strange behavioral patterns.

It has to be the drugs. In his youtube videos people saying he does crack. But maybe thats why he didnt get much offers from big schools. They probably new about his mental status and backed off. Tim Floyd though was willing to ignore it. Chris reminds me of Ron Artest. Artest has like same facial expressions.

It's odd that he would post his medical condition publically since that could affect him career wise. Then follow that up by saying he's perfectly healthy when he is obviously not. I hope it's not some type of cry for help and I hope he continues to take his medication and finds his calling in life.
I think I've said this on here before, but Sandifer is the biggest 'what if' of the Floyd era in terms of guys who never showed up. He was a way better scorer than Issac Hamilton, and if not for his mental health issues/grade issues in high school he might have been a top-20 player and future lottery pick and UTEP would have never been able to touch him. He was legit, best wishes to the young man.

I'm glad he's taking care of himself. He was a highly sought after recruit and got into some verbal spats on twitter with some miner fans and it blew up from what I remember. Sandifer's reality and for millions of others is getting the constant care throughout your life.
