Joe Golden was a poor recruiter before NIL and he’s proved to be even worse after. This is why it’s puzzling and frustrating that Utep and AD didn’t move on. I’m not exactly sure what is seen in him to believe at this that he’s still our guy to bring into the new MWC?

My guess is they gave him one more chance. Produce or get fired.

This is why they didn't extend his contract.

I’m not exactly sure Senter is looking at his coaching acumen as much as he’s looking at CJG as a guy that fits his “system”. Kind of like the good ole boy mold.

Dimel fit that same mold.
