Coach wants bigger commitment from the school, at UTEP, leadership commits to staus-quo.
Ugh, Steve Forbes was almost a UTEP coach. UTEP chose him but while as ETSU HC, he went back after boosters and school ponied up more money and he accepted. UTEP then went with Rodney Terry.
Steve Lutz is what UTEP desires in a coach. An overachiever like BG, with what appears to be a good knack at getting good transfers. Quashed UTEP hope in championship CUSA game in his first year. At La Tech he landed at top transfer and rebuild a solid team, in one year.
