I think you can clearly see what the extent of your challenges are and obviously have the answers ready to put in place. We won't expect instant miracles, but it would be nice to hear details of your plan of attack ASAP. We've been waiting a long time for this so let's hope we get it right.
Hopefully you'll be introduced to all of the finer Mexican restaurants that we have to offer.

I really hope Mr. Senter can bring back the excitement UTEP had during the glory years of 2004-2006. UTEP football had back to back 8-4 seasons with bowl appearances and the bball team was making the NCAA tourney. That's all I ask for, everything else is gravy.
There is a positive to UTEP using an outside agency to compile a list of football HC candidates. You would assume the list should be sent to his desk ASAP so the process is that much faster.
He fired the Citadel Volleyball Coach just 2 days ago! Looks like he is willing to do the dirty work and not just leave it for the next guy to take care of.
In case anyone cares, Mike Price had nice things to say about him. This from the EP Times article:
"Current UTEP coach Mike Price, whose last day is Saturday, knew him from when Price was at Washington State in the early 2000s and Senter was a coach, then an administrator, at nearby Idaho State.
“He’s a wonderful person, he’ll fit in great, they found a real gem,” Price said. “When I was at Washington State and he was at Idaho, he made a huge impression on me then. When his name came up, I hadn’t talked to him in 15, 20 years. I thought, ‘It can’t be the same guy. If it is it’s good.’
“I’m happy for our school.”
