If we had just won one more game, our APR would have given us a rematch against Army in the bowl game instead of UNT!

But so does a passing game, and a viable pass rush, Kugs...

I still believe that at some point, the success that we are having off the field will eventually translate into success on the field. And we are not just simply having "some" success either, we are literally putting up perfect APR scores in every area that it can be measured. We are performing at an elite level, as good as any program in the nation. If guys are staying this committed in the classroom, then this likely means that they are also staying just as committed to their off-season workout and weight schedules as well. At some point, having so much structure and player retention within a program should eventually pay-off on the field. At least I hope it does....

To be fair, I highly doubt Kugs tweeted that himself. He knows wins and a passing game matter.

Kugs is doing a lot of good things with the program, I really hope this is the year the football program wins a bowl game. He hasn't had a ton of luck on the field but sure is a guy that is easy to root for.
