Game day parking/traffic

I have a PG-1 parking pass (big, newer garage below the Sun Bowl) which I approached for Saturday's Army game via Schuster.

Bad traffic jam, and when I finally got to the garage several pass-checkers were standing there with only ONE LANE open. The garage was half empty.

My dad was turned away from his lot, which he bought a parking pass for, because they said it was full.

Maybe it's a good thing attendance will drop by half going forward...

Best bet is to park for free by the administration building in the newly constructed garage and take a short walk to the Sun Bowl.

I would call UTEP and ask for a refund for the parking pass.
