If you won a BILLION dollar lottery would you donate to UTEP?

Whenever Powerball or Mega Millions have climbed over a billion I've thought of how much I would donate to UTEP athletics to help get us to the upper echelon of college athletics. Like would five million help? Ten million? Fifty million? Five hundred million if the lottery was over a billion?

UNMs Dent had a larger nil deal than the entire nmsu nil fund and they still lost in that game. There are plenty of examples of big nil funds but no productions. Coaching and money will do wonders if the coach has skill and they get athletes who buy into their schemes.

You certainly wouldn't donate $500M if you won a $1B lottery. If you took the lump sum, then paid the 37% tax, you'd be left with a little less than $300M. And yes, if I won I would donate some money to UTEP, but setting up my wife and I for life, giving money to my kids, and money to our families would come first. Then would come UTEP and some charities.

Why would I donate to Utep?? If they win a billion dollars would they donate to me ??? Utep is always getting money and they haven't given any of it to me. If I won a billion dollars I would build my own college in El Paso and I would compete with Utep. I would also have a baseball team. 😁😁😁😁 My dance team would be all OF models.

WIT to take all the bleachers out of the Sun Bowl and replace them with seats (both endzones as well)...and the LED lights for that one guy that always posts about the crappy lights.

I would put it towards renovations in the Sun Bowl and the Don and have a portion of those places in my name. Then I would use some to hire a great up and coming coach. Then I would build a sports complex with turf soccer fields since our city soccer fields are terrible and we have good soccer but we always have to go to other complexes in other cities for competitive tournaments and exposure.
