Ya people don’t freaking care about basketball cause Floyd has stunk it up for 8 seasons. People will care again once Floyd is fired in a few months.

At least the wait would be over. Hope would start being restored knowing CTF is gone. This season couldn't get much worse anyway. In fact it might get a little better.
Judging by the lack of fans in the seats, I'd say numbers are probably on my side of this argument.
Anyone remember the days when we'd be up by 25 with 10:00 left against some crap low major school, and we'd go to sleep for the rest of the game and let them back into it? Well, the shoe's on the other foot now.

I don't care what anyone thinks, Tim Floyd is a top 6 coach in America. I don't care what anyone thinks, power teams are afraid of losing to UTEP. I don't care what anyone thinks, on paper, this is a Final 4 team.
The teams need to do their part as well. Would you go see a movie at theater that showed the same bad movie every night because you wanted to support the only theater in town or would find something else to do?

There's "too many" fans like Purple Fire still around. The ones that defend Floyd and boo people like Tony Barbee. Those fans plus Stull and Nat are giving us this wonderful team.

Clearly the loss can be attributed to Willms being injured. His 14.8 points would have been just enough to cover our 14 point loss at home.

Bob Stull was the biggest issue at UTEP and now that he was going to retire his two coaches resign during the season. You could see this disaster coming 5 years ago but everybody loved Stull and you could not question his decisions. The athletic department has been left a mess. Senter has been dealt a bad hand, let's see how long it takes to turn things around. It will be interesting
