i would think if Senter does have has his guy. That guy is, i hope already doing some kind of recruiting.

With all the schools getting in trouble and players leaving. Arizona is maybe basically losing everyone. Hopefully UTEP can get some of the left overs.

In the first place, IF Senter has someone it can't be revealed at this point because it's likely an active coach whose season is ongoing. In the second place; I'm not sure whether you can even approach a potential candidate while the season is active. In the third place if you can't talk to a perspective coach then that coach can't talk to perspective recruit. In the fourth place you probably can't even talk to existing players about their return. Seems like a genuine mess to me, but I have confidence in Senter to figure it out.
Anyone knowledgeable about the aforementioned rules, please clarify.

what if that coach is not working for another College? Can he talk to him and can the coach start recruiting?

Well lets say Senter has someone picked that is working. Im sure there is ways that they can contact each other without even saying anything to each other.

Nope they haven’t offered anyone since Floyd quit.

No unless that person was already offered the coaching position and some contract was put in place. To have any chance new coach will have to get some high profile transfers next year.

No coach worth a damn is going to accept a job before the season finishes. They are going to wait to see what other openings become available in the next few weeks and go from there. Especially with this college basketball FBI investigation going on, there is a good chance that there is going to be a lot of open jobs come March.
