Just got hired at Mississippi St. For alot more than UTEP would've have paid him. Plus in a P5 conference now. Let's see if NMSU is the same when they get to CUSA.

I am sorry but I would be surprised if this machine would have won one cusa conference championship ….
I kind of agree since we've only won one in our 18 years at CUSA. There's no comparison in the quality of basketball at the 13th rated league vs 15th.

I always laugh when the cheerleaders put down NMSU like we're superior to them. Let's first beat NMSU on a regular basis before we talk big.

Why would that surprise you ? NMSU goes to the dance almost every year. CUSA is about to become a bigger trash bin of a conference than it already is
I think you switch Utep and New Mexico State it would be about the same I think Utep would have gone to the dance almost as much and nmsu would have gotten there maybe once

it’s a lot different having to play Seattle Grand Canyon Sam Houston Abilene Christian

than

uab
Mid tenn state
La tech
Old dominion
Western Kentucky
Even north Texas

Not to mention we also had teams going back

Houston
Memphis Tulsa

to me it’s crazy to even compare the two

would the aggies have done better than the miners?? More than likely but they definitely would not have their string of ncaa appearances

Sports is about competition. What’s bad for your rival is good for you — always.

You also stated "Can you guys not grasp that what is good for them is bad for us?" Nobody agreed with you because successful people don't have that type of mindset. The reason you are unsuccessful and have never succeeded at anything is because you have an unsuccessful mindset.

Unless you are DIRECTLY competing against somebody, then another person's success has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with your own personal success.

NMSU winning a game in the NCAA isn't bad for UTEP. And UTEP loss in the CUSA Tournament isn't good for NMSU.

In fact, NMSU winning is good and is extra motivation for UTEP. If Golding is good coach, he would use NMSU's success as motivation to succeed. He should make them watch the win against UCONN and get the players in a mindset that it can and WILL be done. He should tell them that not only will they sweep NMSU, not only will they cut down the nets in Frisco, but they are also going to advance in the NCAA Tournament. Successful people have successful mindsets and they envision successful futures. If you don't do those things, then you aren't going to be successful.

The reason you and your "crew" put down NMSU and say "screw Las Cruces" and "No one gives a shit about nmsu" is because you are unsuccessful people and you are mad at life because you can't succeed while others have success.

NoWins— you don’t know shit about my level of success. You also have no idea how Golding frames NMSU’s success with his team.

"No one gives a shit about nmsu"

"NMSUx can enjoy their small time fame after winning 25+ games beating powerhouses like Chicago State and Cal Baptist."

It's just comments like that.
I may have said the first quote, but not the second.

It’s not a stretch to say no one cares about them when they’re mistakenly called Texas A&M and other school names by experts in the game.

You did make the first comment, but I never said you made any of those comments. But it's funny that you had to defend "I always laugh when the cheerleaders put down NMSU like we're superior to them. Let's first beat NMSU on a regular basis before we talk big."

Brendan Haywood is an expert? LMAO He also said Alabama instead of Arkansas.

Did you hear Brad Nessler making those mistakes? Of course not, because he's an expert broadcaster.

I guess "No one gives a shit about Auburn" because of Brendan Haywood's ineptness.

I’m almost certain it’s you, because you and your multiple personalities are the only ones who ever say I didn’t go to college.
Find one post where I said you didn’t go to college. And don’t come back with whatever Denver posted about you. Go find it. I can tell you’re somewhat intelligent. Whether you went to college or not, is of no significance to me.

Reminds me of the legend—- Neil McCarthy.
Well yes, but unlike the NBA off the court counts.

“McCarthy was abruptly fired just weeks before the start of practice for the 1997–98 season. Athletic director Jim Paul cited a number of factors, principally the basketball team's poor performance in the classroom. McCarthy only graduated nine players in his 12 years at the school (an 11 percent graduation rate), including only one in his last four years. In Paul's view, this meant that McCarthy emphasized winning over academics.[1] He left New Mexico State as the school's winningest coach, but has since been passed by Lou Hensen” wiki

That was all political. Bs

Of course I do, because successful people don't have your mindset. Unlike you, successful people don't care when others fail and don't feel good about themselves when others fail. They also don't think it's bad when others succeed. This is why you were unable to graduate from college.

I didn't say I have an idea about how Golding coaches his team. I said a good coach motivates his team by showing them that it can be done. And sets goals and makes players envision success.

Successful people don’t compete against their rivals — great thesis, mama’s boy.

Of course they do. Jobs competed against Gates and Edison competed against Westinghouse. The list goes on and on.

If you never compete, then you will never be successful. I know it's hard for you to understand because all you do is sit on the sidelines and never compete and laugh when others fail.

You can call me a mama's boy all you want. I would rather be a successful mama's boy than an unsuccessful person.

Wow, he's got a bunch of his personalities out tonight. Must be some trauma in nowins land.
So funny to see all these comments go by with the You are ignoring content by this member tag. Keitha and the rest will probably be along soon.
And when I see that tag with Fili and I read it it’s the 🙄🙄🙄🙄
