St. Francis Brooklyn cuts all college athletics, effective after 2023 season

The men's basketball team was one of four original Division I programs to never make the NCAA tournament.

With NIL, transfer portal, and legislation throughout the country that will ultimately force colleges and universities to pay its athletes, this could be the beginning of a purge. Maybe it won’t happen to UTEP for years to come.

They physically moved the college to another location. One with no athletics facilities last year. They had been using other facilities since then.

UTEP cutting athletics won’t be for the same reason.
