New MBB commit per verbal commits. 6'8" forward from California via Kenya. Couldn't find much info on him but there are a few picks of him way above the rim. That gives us 6 players at 6'8-6'9" so far for next year (and no center). Of course everything will change by then...

I found a little info on kenya guy. It looks like he played for some basketball program Giants of Africa and Torontos Raptors GM Masai Ujiri has been part of it. Masai and Floyd are good friends. I have no source for this. I'm just guessing. But I would bet Masai told Floyd about this player.

Yup. Very.

One thing I did notice is that he plays defense the proper way it is supposed to be played. Feet apart. No crossing. Hands up. Quick reaction to ball movement.
