Either Golding couldn't recruit the right players for his system, or his system has too many vulnerabilities for UTEP to overcome; I don't know which. We consistently get outrebounded. We too often have lapses in defense (WKU shouldn't be making 50% of their shots on our court). I do think the players give a good effort every night, but that's not enough.
This is the team Golding built, and it has too many weaknesses.

It's coaching. It took Golding 3 years and half a season to figure out Kalu is a legit threat for scoring on the lob.
