Yeah, Awatt has really intrigued me for some time now. He is also an example of how the recruiting process is not an exact science. Awatt has the lowest ranking out of all of our RB Signings this year, in fact he did not even have a D1 Scholarship Offer until 5 days ago, when UTEP offered him a Full Ride after initially only offering him a Walk-On Spot. But in regards to being a complete runner(minus the protection/blocking element) I really like him and IMO I might even rank him as the best RB that we signed this year, seriously, even if he only had one D1 Scholarship offer and most rankings have him currently ranked as the lowest "ranked" RB that we signed.
