In all seriousness, this is funny as hell and I mean that in a good way. Heck no he should not be brought up on charges or I hope he wasn't. It was a well crafted teen age prank that everyone bit on nothing more, nothing less.
If I was the superintendent of the school district, I would have hauled the football coach in first thing in the morning to explain how he didn't sniff this out which made a mockery of the school. Any half witted high school coach knows the in's and out's of mongrel recruiting jerks unless it's the board of trustee's kid who got the job "through a public and open applications" process.
