UTEP Football currently not predicted to win a game according ESPN

I'm sorry, but do you really expect anybody to believe that? That's insane, like the rest of this thread. A coach entering his fifth season and we're doing probabilities about UTEP winning ONE GAME next year? Unbelievable...

This thread and board for all that matters, went insane years ago. Way, way before Trump came down the escalator and decided to hand the USA to the Russians. In all honesty, UTEP football is same ol'-same 'ol. Hot wind blowing in the summer and a bitter high plains cold wind in the Sun Bowl come October. But the worst to me is that Floyd has dismantled something to look forward to "when September comes".

I can't agree more. Worst case scenario this downward spiral of negativity continues into the spring of 2019 if football and basketball don't get their sh*t together.

I guess Coach Price's 24-7 loss to OU was better than the 68-0 decimation under Coach Nord. I remember all of the bragging that the team was going to be so good after that since the game was tied at halftime. From there came a streak of losing something like six out of seven (still beat NMSU! ) en route to a 3 win season. I like Coach Price, but can't think back on that last season too fondly.

I can't think back fondly to the 2015 season losing to FIU 52-12. Then the streak to the end of the 2016 season, well....

We are picked to lose to a team that wasn't even playing last year (props to whomever mentioned it earlier)?

While losing by 14 is better than losing by 68 and losing 9 of 12 is worse than losing 8 of 12. They're all still bad.
