Dimel has no business being a football coach. Just because he’s been around football for 40+ years doesn’t make someone a football coach. Who in their right mind hires a coach with a horrible coaching record? That would be Senter.

Hate to be I told you so guy, but damn 1-5 is what I felt this team would be at this point and predicted on the board and it’s completely true. Sad and sickening, except for that under 5.5 total win ticket on UTEP in my account.

I wonder if Dimel still thinks we can win the conference? We don't play next week but we'll still find a way to lose
When I first saw the schedule I saw a winless season. Came up to 3 wins but have no idea where they'll come from.
How about forcing Dimel to surrender the worst offense in the conference and one of the worst in the country to someone elsse?

Dimel lost the team, he has to be feeling it now. Smile all you want. Senter is about ready, to push reset. I’d be shocked if Dimel finishes the season. Likely waiting until after their 6th loss. To save money on the buyout.
I think Senter will wait until the end of the season IF he fires him.
IF Senter decides to fire him mid season, it will probably be after the 7th loss because that would officially take us out of bowl eligibility.

I'm ok with Dimel bringing Smith back. The issue I have is that he went into recruiting as if he would not be on the team, and was still unable to bring in anyone who could contribute. The lack of playmakers is so glaring, any coach knows scoring just a couple of times is all you need. The game yesterday was basically over 3 minutes into the game. Sad.
If you’re a WR, or anyone for that matter why would you stay at this horror show of a program? The Smith thing is something else. If he doesn’t want to play, which may or may not be true just kick him off the team.
Dismal should put a crowbar in his wallet and buy himself a pair of decent glasses instead of wearing his ole lady's mahjong playing specs!
