Who are some of the 2009 Football Prospects???

Who and what positions are we looking to go after this year?

There are several early prospects listed on a couple of sites. Primarily QB's (3), running backs (4), receivers (2), line backer (1), defensive back (1) and (1) offensive lineman.

IMO, he will go after two or more RB's, 3 o 4 defensive linemen, several offensive linemen and linebackers.

One player I would like us to go after is Joe Bensfield RB, from EF, He player with Tim Curry and had a monster year.

The defensive line needs some help in 09. o7 JC's are now seniors and 08 will be juniors, Need some DL 09, high school preferred, IMO one think we do need is big noseguard to take up the middle and eat up blockers. Some one about 6/4 and about 345 lbs, Another need is for two good size corners 6--/1 200 lbs with 4.4 speed.

That analysis sounds about right 66. Give it time with the young defense, but I wouldn't be shocked to see a lot of "athletes" being recruited on the defensive side due to Lewis' new scheme.

The tackle, safety and cornerback positions will be a huge need in my mind.

IMO, the three most highly recruited of the group is Justin Small, Christian Mathews and Ryan Petis.
