That is a fair point.@MistaBinks doesn't know the definition of auspicious. 😂
Prior to the 2023 football season you didn’t read this board? You do not know who AutoBoy and Music22 is?
Fully agree. The Miners will miss him badly when he’s gone.I've felt that in a few games of conference play. OF3 tries to compensate for the lack of offense from everyone else I think and dribbles too much and gets in trouble or forces perimeter shots, his game is driving to the hoop IMO and he gets caught up in trying to do more.
Having said that, he's the best overall player on the team with David T a distant second.

I’ve wondered the same thing. I give Liberty credit for knocking down 3s at the clip they did, but those inbounds plays and uncontested layups the Miners gave away are inexcusable. Mental lapses? Laziness? Both?
There was a time when I thought Jones should have gone in for OF3. Looked like Otis was trying to carry the team on his back and was forcing things too much. He got sloppy. He does this on occasion and you can see it coming. Not sure why Golding doesn’t adjust during these times. I think a 2-3 minute break, and a different look on the court might’ve helped things.
This team can be really good and pretty bad…all in the same half of play.
Kind of disagree, Dimel was so frustrating because he brought it good talent and big bodies. His coaching was always starting from behind. Second, Dimel was a juco recruiter so these guys were not major radar recruits. Here is what one sports writer had to say about UTEP:
UTEP football has experienced a notable surge in recruiting success, securing back-to-back top-ranked classes in C- USA.
"This development marks a significant shift for a program that has historically struggled to attract top talent. The Miners' recent recruiting efforts have focused on building a strong offensive line, which could be a key factor in their success in the upcoming 2025 season. With a favorable road schedule, UTEP is aiming for at least 6 wins this year. The season opener against Utah State will be a crucial test for the team under head coach Scotty Walden. A strong performance against Utah State could signal a significant shift in the program's trajectory. "

Prior to the 2023 football season you didn’t read this board? You do not know who AutoBoy and Music22 is?I would say around a year and a half. I think it was sometime around football season 2023. I think I joined at the beginning of this year. Why?
You and @develman mentioned autographs, so I figured you have two accounts on here. I don't know and I really don't care. You do you and do what makes you happy.

Good points. I’ve wondered the same thing. I give Liberty credit for knocking down 3s at the clip they did, but those inbounds plays and uncontested layups the Miners gave away are inexcusable. Mental lapses? Laziness? Both? For all our pressure D and steals and deadball turnovers we cause, sometimes that D is to our detriment. We gave away 8 points on inbounds plays, non-contested layups, or dunks. What's the use of all this pressure defense when in critical moments they fall asleep? And of course, our perimeter defense was decimated by simple screens because we put so much pressure on the ball if they slipped us with the screen that gave them wide-open threes. And they hit them.
Also, our offense was frustrating. We had a 9-point lead in the second half they started hitting threes and of course, we had our obligatory scoring drought. We couldn't score for about a 4-minute stretch.
How long have you been reading this board?
How long have you been reading this board? It seems like you didn't take your meds. Your other account talks about autographs as well. I still don't know why, but I am sure we will never know.
