Watching UTEP play reminded of Kobe explaining “accidental basketball". Every other time UTEP would drive, the defense was collapsing and the ball handler was trying to complete a hard pass in traffic.
As an Aggie fan I’m happy for the big margin of victory but I was hoping it would be a lot closer. I’m hoping both NMSU and UTEP win out until the matchup in cruces. Then I hope UTEP comes hungry for revenge.
Because UTEP fans have shown time and time again, they don’t care about wins and losses.
I posted this the other day when someone “suggested” Bronzing might leave. There isn’t another school that pays more than UTEP that would be willing to wait 4 or 5 years for a good team. Like we are seeing, the team isn’t actually good. Only smoke and mirrors good.
