ODU didn't even play last season and they have a long flight to El Paso.

The last time UTEP won a conference game at home Aaron Jones ran for 300 yards and left the field in the 3rd quarter to a standing ovation amid speculation that he'd declare for the draft after the season.

Tim Floyd was still our basketball coach.. Barack Obama was US president. Diana Natalicio was UTEP president. Bob Stull was AD.

Ryan Metz went 12-17, 171 yards and 2 TDs. It was Hayden Plinke's final game as well and he caught a TD reception.

Can they break the streak? Even the last conference win itself was in 2018 in Houston against Rice.
