76-yard punt fumbled at the 3?!!????

Since I can't watch the game (just following the play-by-play), somebody please tell me what happened there? I don't understand how that can happen unless somebody royally screwed up.

A lot of dropped balls, a lot of mistakes. UTEP should be up 21-10 or at least 21-17.
