I agree, isn't the problem that the venue isn't on campus? The 5:30 start surely didn't help either.

Facilities are not a problem with hosting it in El Paso. In fact most schools really like the setup using Haskins Center and Memorial Gym. Fans could walk back and forth.

The biggest issue with hosting it here is that we are so far from all the other schools. Very difficult to get here for teams and fans.

We scored very well in all other aspects.
