Interesting info. Thanks. ODU seems to have a leg up in the conference, or it may be just a matter of having more teams. Nonetheless, none of our conference mates have anything to write home about as far as overall budgets. Sadly, the TV money and championship/tournament dollars will never be there which will continue to result in the richer getting more so and the poorer remaining that way.

I find it interesting that CUSA schools spend 1/3 of their money on coaches salaries and administration and only 22% on athletic scholarships.

The "race to (pay) a million" for mid majors who think getting that million dollar coach will make them compete with the big boys. La Tech proves all most every year you don't need to do that. They are competitive all most every year in football and basketball and yet at the bottom.
