Beard to A&M, hires his buddy Joe Golding as an assistant (somehow I feel like that sounds familiar), Kimani Young takes the UTEP job, no pressure to win because he was handed an pile of stinking doo doo. He gets a full year to help raise funds, recruit, gain a year as a head man, then leads UTEP into MWC.

Nice dream TD. While I know it's just a dream, if I take the effort to examine it, unfortunately it falls apart in a few places:

• Terry brought something to the table (recruiting) when Beard hired him away. I don't see any way that Golding can help Beard out as an assistant. If he does get the Aggie job Beard won't even look in Golding's direction.
• There's no way Senter would ever make a decision as smart as hiring Kimani Young.

I doubt we're in the price range of Young but it would be nice.
