Fred Rouse was a 5 Star he transfered to Utep.
Tyler Ebell was 4 star
Marcus Thomas was 4 star
Last year didnt kugler get a ol transfer from Michigan
There was others i remeber Utep had a CB transfer from Wisconsin a while back.

But where did i say it had to be a 4 star?Tennessee doesnt just recruit 4 and 5 stars they also get players like Nick Laminson. Utep has had plenty players transfer to them from power conferences. It happens every year.
