no audio or video for this game, and updating the game tracker every 15 sec is nerve wracking. I do see we're going into OT though! That shows some damn good character/heart for a young team that was down 17 at the half.

I recall E Morris stating that this team is a close knit team that gets along good. Coming back from 17pts shows that they play for each other.
My blood pressure was up. Had to stop watching for a while. Oh man. This team has grit
I didn't have huge expectations for this season and I counted this one as a loss when I saw the schedule. This team, however, is coming together a lot better than I thought they would (especially this early).
Like artist stated above, this team is very tight knit based on their interviews and twitter feeds. A game like this should only make them closer...

Players being "close knit" is one thing, but as I have stated before, Floyd is now bringing in the " high athletic studs" - the ones that soon will be having UTEP knocking on the doors of the sweet 16s or the final fours.
The guard play is the difference, especially now with these shortened shot clocks. UTEP has some studs playing the guard positions. With UTEP shooting horrible from 3pt range they still pulled it out. Guards always help control the tempo offensively and defensively. Conference play will be very interesting with our guards

I stopped watching at half-time (down by 17) and tuned back in to hear we were only down by 4...then we went down by 9. I got up and walked around...
