We will need to be ready to hire a new coach as soon as possible(even if it's after the season). I don't see how Kugler can succesfully recruit a kid given his current sitation and our program's current situation. We will need to give our next coach as much time as possible, to catch up and recruit a class before signing day.

Kugler has taken this program to new depths. It was a project by Stull that simply has not worked out. Kugler has passion, but is not a D1 Caliber Coach.
