I'm not sure how much it's dictated by the situation, but the stats really aren't even close. 4.7 average is good for a RB.

Our running game should always open up the passing game, and Metz just proved it. He needs to start. And we found out Lang is a weapon in the end zone. All you gotta do is just throw the ball up high and have him jump and grab it.

As much as I like and support coach Kuggler he's a stubborn SOB. I'm sure he's going to stick with Leftwich and continue to focus on the run, run, run. I'm ok with the running game but we have capable receivers (Golden, Batson, Freytag... Etc) and Metz proved can pass the ball much better and take control of the offense.
