Too bad really was looking forward to seeing him in the scrimmage and in the article it says Wilms is out for the year
Well is he out for the year (Wilms) or not, all this he said he said crap . Why doesn't someone ask Tim Floyd and Wilms for comment ?
Per El Paso Times:
"Willms is questionable, needing surgery on his foot, but he is going to try to postpone that surgery and play through the season.
"Matt will try to work through this," Floyd said. "We will look at him in very limited practice minutes and very limited playing minutes. Any problems will lead to immediate surgery."
McSwiggan had surgery Monday morning for a torn meniscus in his knee. It was originally thought he might rejoin the team in three to four weeks.
"The injury turned out to be a little more serious than we thought," Floyd said. "We don't know the timetable now, but we're hoping he can join us by the start of the season."
