Ok sports fans! How about some prognostication on the outcome of our first real game? Before the spread is shown, what do you think it will be and how do think we'll do?
I say Boise will be favored by 9 and we will win by 6. How's that for being crazy?

This sounds about right, but a hot shooting night from the 3 point line by BSU could be bad. I'm going with our miners led by PT and Frazier. I think Omega will take some time to heat up. Smith will need to play well too if there's foul trouble.

If we can pull it out, I think Wade, Osbourne and Gilyard need major contributions. Got to get something from everyone and our bigs have to be relatively foul free. We have the tools, but they must all work.

Our 100-50 win over Louisiana College is nothing to get excited about. They got beat last night by Louisiana-Lafayette by an even more lopsided score of 113-58.

I like this team and they will be very good come January, however, it is still too early, we are young coming off the bench - we will have to stop the 3 pt. shot and slow down the pace -- we hang with them for a while but lose by 12 today.
