Both UTSA and W. Kentucky ended with 7-1 conference records. They didn’t play each other in the regular season. What was the determining factor in deciding UTSA would host the championship game? Overall record?

From what I can tell it would go winning percentage, head to head, records against common opponents, but I can’t find anything concrete on the CUSA website
